These are the terms and conditions required for access to our site. Please read completely before deciding to agree or disagree with these terms.
1. Responsibility for accuracy and currency of property information: 
Bulgaria Holiday Rentals makes no representation as to the accuracy or currency of the information contained within the website unless the property is managed by us. The property details content is the sole responsibility of the owner or agent of the property displayed. BHR has not confirmed the currency or accuracy thereof and accordingly holidaymakers are strongly recommended to make their own investigations into the authenticity of any information supplied. BHR are in no way liable for any inaccuracies or misleading statements made in the information provided by the owner or agent of properties on the website. 

2. Use of the site: 
Your continued use of this site is that you agree not to use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions or by other applicable laws and regulations. Your continued use of the site also signifies that you indemnify Bulgaria Holiday Rentals from any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of theses conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of, or conduct on the site. 

3. Copyright authorities: 
Bulgaria Holiday Rentals shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic and textual material supplied and claims copyright to the electronic pages and images of the photographic material supplied by the advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the photographic and textual material supplied and has ownership of copyright or has authority from the copyright owner to grant BHR permission to use the material. The advertiser indemnifies BHR against any action brought by breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser. BHR cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers. 

4. Copyright protection: 
Material and software on these sites is copyright protected. Other than using it for your own personal use the material may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of BHR or the body who listed that information on the sites. 

5. Website design and layout: 
BHR reserves the right to determine the final design layout of the website, including the right to edit copy, or amend layouts or photographs supplied. BHR also reserves the right, to amend and edit copy entered into the online database by advertisers. BHR cannot be held responsible for any loss, or damage, resulting from the design, or positioning, of the properties, or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the customer. 

6. Liability: 
BHR does not warrant that the operation of the web site will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall BHR become liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability. 

7. Privacy: 
BHR treats the personal information of site users with the utmost respect and confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use. 

8. Multiple properties: 
A property advertisement on Bulgaria Holiday Rentals pertains to one holiday unit, not multiple units, nor example of properties in a certain region. Only one unit should be represented in an advertisement unless the prior permission has been given to the advertiser. BHR reserve the right to amend any property adverts not adhering to this policy. 

9. Termination of a property page: 
If BHR receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page without notice, and retain payment. If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Holiday Lettings reserves the right to remove the associated Property Page(s) from the web site. Full payment will be retained. BHR reserves the right to refuse any Property Page from its web site that it considers unsuitable, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. If advertisers wish to have their Property Page removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'contact us' page, quoting their owner ID or home number and password. No refunds will be given. 

10. Contactability: 
In the interest of maintaining a high level of service to holidaymakers using the site, we require all advertisers to be available to respond to enquiries by telephone or email. Should advertisers be unavailable for a period of more than 1 week, we ask them to leave an answerphone message to that effect or set up an out of office response on their email account. If neither of these options is viable, we ask that advertisers contact us so we can temporarily suspend their advert. We reserve the right to suspend adverts of owners who are unreachable for more than 1 week. In this instance we will send messages by telephone and email asking for the advertiser to request re-activation upon their return. 

11. External links: 
Bulgaria Holiday Rentals reserves the right to remove links from adverts to external websites which either do not conform to the guidelines provided, or the team feel are not appropriate, or act against the interests of the company or it's advertisers. The ultimate responsibility and authority for determining the aforementioned rests solely with BHR. Should an advertiser add a link without consent, re-add a link after it's removal or remove reciprocated links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their advertising without refund. 

12. Payment details: 
When a new property is registered on the site payment should be made on that same day.Payment details will be received straitway, if you wish to pay by credit or debit card the payment can be processed online by Paypal.Bulgaria Holiday Rentals reserve the right to remove property advertisements should no notice be given by email and payment not be received within this timeframe. 

13. Refund policy: 
Bulgaria Holiday Rentals provides an advertising service and property management service. We offer a 'cooling off period' of five working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email to support@bgholidayrentals.com or by use of the 'contact us' form on the site (stating the owner ID or home number and the advertiser's password). We will then supply a refund less a ?10 administration fee and notification by email. 

14. Changes to pricing and conditions: 
Bulgaria Holiday Rentals reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
